resolutions?

Was I the only one who thought that by now some of those New Year's resolutions would start sticking? More exercise? Eating healthier? Make some time to stop and smell the flowers? Yikes.. The best way to tackle these I believe is one at a time, so my first quest was to find some effective quick exercise moves that I could somehow squeeze into a hectic day. I read about the Ana Caban Pilates Toning Kit DVD in the March issue of Health Magazine, and I have to say it rocks! It's claim is to flatten your belly in three weeks and I honestly have noticed a difference. Next stop, the dreaded muffin top..
